Sowmya Boddu and the Royal Ashburn team made my wedding a fairytale experience. It far exceeded anything either of us could have imagined. I was enamoured by the venue the first time we visited. The Royal Ashburn has such a picturesque landscape, boasting lush grounds, charming ceremony sites and rustic reception rooms. We chose the Compton Room, and we were beyond thrilled we did. From the food, to the decor, to the panoramic view of the golf course, to the atmosphere, our guests were so delighted with their experience. We received so many compliments from guests saying that this was the best wedding/ venue they have been to! Our Wedding Coordinator, Sowmya went miles above and beyond to make our day perfect, Her kindness, infectious energy and incredible smile kept me smiling and at ease during the wedding planning process. Through each step, Sowmya was there to answer every question and bring our vision to life. She is truly an expert at what she does, and dedicates herself completely to your event. With how supportive she was throughout the planning process, I was delightfully surprised as she - almost magically it seemed - split herself to attend to every piece of our wedding day. Just when I thought she couldn’t be running around any more, she shows up in a golf cart ready to drive us to our photoshoot location. This is just one of many examples of how GREAT of a coordinator she is - she felt like a friend! I cannot thank the Royal Ashburn enough for making all of our dreams come true last Sunday. We now have the most amazing memories that we will cherish for the rest of our life. Choosing a venue is no easy feat, but I guarantee you will not be disappointed if you choose the Royal Ashburn for your next event. Thank you for a truly phenomenal experience!

We had our wedding here in September and the experience was all around incredible. Lindsey was an amazing coordinator who made our day absolutely seamless and perfect. Throughout the whole planning process she made it easy and knew exactly how to execute what we wanted. Cannot say enough amazing things about the whole experience and her work!

We got married Oct 21, 2023 at Royal Ashburn and the experience couldnt have been better❤️ The venue was absolutely beautiful and so magical! We worked with Lindsey and she was absolutely amazing and made sure everything fell in place beautifully! The food was amazing and our ceremony was absolutely perfect! We used a few of their preferred vendors too and they were all absolutely worth it! Would 100000% recommend getting married here! ❤️

We were so happy that we decided to have our wedding at the Royal Ashburn Golf Club! I also cannot say enough kind things about Sowmya at the Royal Ashburn. From the moment we met with her, we could tell that she was a very organized and hard-working person who enjoys what she does. Sowmya is very polite, patient and understanding, and she is readily available to answer any questions, as I sent her many, many emails leading up to the big day. Sowmya is quick to respond to any inquiries or concerns with detailed information, and I always felt like I was attended to. On the big day itself, Sowmya was a rockstar! I really don’t know what I would have done without her. Sowmya really took care of me, made sure that I was doing alright emotionally and physically, and if I needed anything at all, she was there. Sowmya also made sure that the event itself ran accordingly, making sure that everything was in place and all the vendors had what they needed. She was also great with the guests as well, making them feel welcome and helping them if need be. All the staff for our event were really great as well, from the servers to the bartenders, it was a really great place to host our wedding. Thank you Sowmya for your hard work, dedication and attention, you really made our day perfect and I am so happy you were there to support us and celebrate with us!

We had our South Asian Hindu Wedding Ceremony at the outdoor tent at the Royal Ashburn Golf Club this past weekend. All our guests absolutely loved this beautiful venue. The florals and grounds made for excellent pictures and an amazing atmosphere for our special day. We want to give a colossal shoutout to Sowmya, our event coordinator, who went above and beyond in helping us not only plan for the big day but taking care of everything she could during the ceremony to ensure things were smooth. Even though we had a few hiccups with our vendors, Sowmya stepped in and saved the day many times and ensured that everything fit within our budget. She communicated with us every step of the way and we were extremely lucky to have her!! Thank you so much Sowmya <3 and thank you to this beautiful venue for being part of our cherished day!!!

She answered all of our questions (sometimes within minutes of emailing her), coordinated every detail flawlessly, and made us feel at ease throughout the entire planning process. The staff at the Royal Ashburn Golf Club were also incredible - from the moment we arrived, they were attentive and made us feel like VIPs. Their professionalism and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and we were blown away by their level of service. The food was absolutely delicious, with the steak and shrimp main course being a particular highlight. Our guests raved about how flavorful and well-prepared each dish was, and we were thrilled to hear so many positive comments. Overall, our experience at the Royal Ashburn Golf Club exceeded our expectations in every way. We received so much positive feedback from our family and friends, who enjoyed the stunning location, delicious food, and impeccable service. In fact, our friends were so impressed with the venue that they have decided to have their own wedding there as well! We are grateful to Lindsey and the entire staff at the Royal Ashburn Golf Club for making our special day one that we will cherish forever. Thank you for the memories that will last a lifetime!
